Spain

In 2005, under the Holy Spirit's directing, Pastor Daniel-Sam commissioned Rod and Janet McCoy (retired business people) to establish a work in Spain.

Many expatriates have gone to Spain to seek a new life: many have uprooted and 'burned their bridges' behind them, only to find that they have brought their troubles with them. For some, Spain is the end of the road; and despair and desperation are all too common. Rod and Janet desire to see people won for Christ: to establish a vibrant church that reaches out to the expatriate community; a church where healings, signs, wonders and miracles become a part of the Christian experience, as in the days of the early church (recorded in the book of Acts).

'Church on the Way' was started in October 2005 in Quesada, near Alicante. A venue was sought and on the 12th March 2006, Church on the Way had its first meeting, held in the Los Olivos room at La Laguna Hotel.

Pastor Sam is constantly in touch with Pastors Rod and Janet and visits the church frequently, to give advice, to encourage and strengthen the congregation and to teach the word of God. His visits bring fresh challenge and revelation.

Many healing meetings have taken place and opportunities have opened up to go on the national radio. Pastor Sam was invited to speak about the Lord Jesus Christ and believes that many were touched in the process as he proclaimed the truth and love of our Father and Saviour.
